A refund will not be issued under any of the following conditions:
- If any PDF file has been downloaded or accessed
- If video content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded
- If 3 working days have passed since the purchase date, regardless of usage
- If access has been granted to the digital content
- Change of mind after purchase

Refund requests will only be considered within 3 working days of purchase and only if:

Once either condition is violated, the order becomes non-refundable.
